Recipient id field ( F9 )

Hello ,
When you click F9 in siebel it opens a popup with a number of record(in service : None,Service owner , service Contact),we could include more recipient record in this popup window .we need to do following.
create a user property "Recipient id field' on respective BC.
value : Id , tagrete BCname,Label.
my requirement was very different : i need a group id on that popup list , that was not specific to that record.it was specific to service Bc and nneed to be available to all records.So i created a calculated field on bc and created field for Id and put value 'ROW_ID' in calculated field.this ROW_ID is row_id of group contact in Contact BC.
It's working fine.
