Siebel - DDL Sync Issues

Hi Friend , DDL Sync taked a long time in comparison to imprep.Imprep takes Dat file of any siebel server.In my case Dat file is prepared for siebel finance and underlying DB is Oracle. but here i am using MSSQL so I am facing some warning like
"The table has been created but its maximum row size(8343) exceed the maximum number of bytes per row(8060).Insert or Update of a row in this table will fail if the resulting row length exceed 8060 bytes"

I don't know why this warning is coming , & not sure that is coming due to underline Db

So I think a better way is to go through tool and Apply & Activate all tables.this do same things that DDL sync do.
