Assignment Object

• Dynamic Candidates (Eg : Activity Assignment Object has Dynamic candidates,gets candidate a run time)
• Assignment Object User Property

Attributes versus Skills: Attributes stay in same table , skills stay in skill extension table.
*Assignment Criteria: Employee Skill = True:
Enable Assignment object for Skills: Populate skill Item Table (S_SR_SKILL_IT-Language Name) and Skill Table (S_SR_SKILL- Spanish,English etc.)
Assignment Rule Group: Name , Owner , owner Position requires to create Rule group.
Assignees Filter:

• All, Above Minimum: Assign one or more assignees , score greater then passing.
• All Must Assign: Assign highest score, Even all candidates fail to meet minimum score.
• One Best Fit: Assign one assigner, that have highest score with more then passing score.
• One Random: choose random one, whose score is greater then passing.

Personal Candidates Source Field / Organization Candidate Source Field

• from Rule: Static Candidate.
• All People: static Candidate
• Team: dynamic Candidate

Exclusive field: If a rule is exclusive and has assignees then all other rules are discarded. If there are multiple exclusive rule then highest scoring assignee is chosen as the only exclusive rule.if multiple exclusive rule with same score qualify, then default candidate is assigned because assignment manager would not be able to decide winning.
Comparison Method

• Compare to Object: Compares attributes with object(SR,Activity)
  
• Compare to person :Compares attributes with Employee.
• Compare Object to Person :Compares attributes of object(SR,Activity) with Employee.
  
• Compare to Organization: Compare criteria value to Organization Skill.
• Compare Object to Organization: Compare Object Attribute to Organization Skill

Inclusion Method

• Include: At least one criterion should be matched.
• Include All: All Criteria should be matched.
• Include All matching: don’t stop, count score of matched.
• Exclude : None of the value must match.

*Wildcard can be used in Criteria value
