Command Line Parameter for Siebel Application.
/c : Configuration file
/h : Debugger mode
/d : Default database.
/s : Spool
/u : UserId
/p : Password
Note: For Spooling in WF simulator process, Need to pass /s before /h in debug arguments in Siebel tool.
